What is concerning is that their own technical report admits that the exact cause of the accident remains uncertain, yet they still concluded that the tyres caused the loss of control.

This decision appears to be based on assumptions rather than clear, proven causation. It is unacceptable to decline a claim where the cause is not definitively established.

I expect Old Mutual iWYZE to properly justify this decision or engage toward a fair resolution.
