Old mutual Iwyze Rejecting Claims

Iwyze has rejected my claim for a motor vehicle accident on the basis that they cannot find my vehicle inspection on their system. This was a shock to me as I did the vehicle inspection at the inception of the insurance. They asked me to do an inspection at the inception of the insurance with Autoboys Paarl and after I was finished, Autoboys informed me that all is done and the inspection will be sent to old mutual. I had a windscreen Crack once and they approved my claim. Now that I am claiming for an accident, they tell me they never received an inspection and they have rejected my claim. I have a courtesy car that they booked for me, which was not even the car that I want. They booked me a manual car and told me if I want an automatic car, am going pay extra. They never told me about this at the initial stage. Now I am frustrated because they say they are going to return my car as damaged as it is and take their courtesy car 😭😭 my job depends on me having a car, I already wrote an objection letter to them and have not yet received a response
