Old Mutual iWYZE POPIA act infringements

I am getting SMSs from Old Mutual iWYZE offering me car and home insurance. I have clearly opted out in the past by replying 'No', yet they continue to send it to me. That to me is an infringement on my privacy and hence POPIA.
