Neo on ***, calls me on a Saturday to quote me on my home and car insurance. so rude and not willing to explain anything, sounds like he’d had a good Friday night. The audacity to even hang up the call in my ear beats me. Old Mutual needs to seriously train their staff. Red Flag right there
