Old mutual Iwyze is not ideal insurance
On the weekend of the 2/3 March 2024,we had burglary, I reported the matter to IWYZE on Monday the 4th as we discovered the burglary on Sunday late. The was no one at home over the weekend. I spoke to Sbongile Bopape who requested to speak to my wife as she is the one who is staying in the house and have knowdge of what is missing. I provided her with my wife's number. To date no claim is registered, she never spoke to my wife, I made several calls and sent emails no one is responding. Sbongile's excuse is my wife is not picking up but my wife told me she never receive such calls.
