Old Mutual iWYZE is a ****

This insurance finds all possible reasons to reject claims. I am now without a car after I had been comprehensively insured with them for over two years and entrusted my car, wife car and daughter's car as well as house contents.

My car caught fire in motion on Moloto road on the 23rd April 2022 and they said they can't pay because it was a wear and tear matter therefore mechanical faulty.

My car was serviced regularly at Land Rover Centurion for the past three years. It was due for service in October 2022.

Which car doesn't depreciate. What parts do not wear and tear as the car works? What else can one do except servicing their car religiously.

It's a ****. I am disappointed and want them to explain why they were taking premiums.
