Old mutual Iwyze is a ****. I had an accident on the 2nd of October 2022 And they refuse to pay my claim. I gave them my tracking report of my car, which they asked for and they went on to tell me it's not valid. They then went in to say they are getting their accident specialist involved who then did apparent calculations to say I was driving at 90km during the accident but my tracking report says 58km during the accident. I am busy with them. I took them to the short term insurance court and they are still sticking to the accident specialist just so they don't pay. I'm struggling im paying for a car that I had insured with old mutual Iwyze and it's parked. I'm advising anyone to please think before joining this company. They lie just not to pay. How can my tracking report be invalid just so they don't pay my claim.
