Old mutual iwyze gap cover pathetic service

Old mutual iwyze gap cover service are pathetic. Put in a claim on the 12th November 2018 till date still not sorted out, even after numerous calls and emails. Sent all the documents as required and requested. Called they confirm its been received just to get a mail 3 days later saying its outstanding. It is my firts claim i put in with them and it took me 3 fone calls befor it eventually got registered and now still 3 weeks later still not sorted out. Pathetic service. Will not recommend iWYZE gap cover to anyone. Very disappointed.
