Old Mutual Iwyze doesnt care if you were in an Accident ,they dont want to pay for my Car accident Claim,they tring all the tricks even by lying to not pay

Old Mutual Iwyze , robs people,I had an Accident on the 4th of Jan 2023 . When Im trying to claim from them to fix my car , their Assesment Officer by the name of Thandi Nkwani,is lying saying I never took the car for Assesment , when I took out the policy with them , of which I remember vividly ,i took the cars so they could check it . now shes claiming that they wont pay for my car because of that,this is clearly wrong and it shows , what kind of an Insurance company they are. Old Mutual hires,people that are trained to rob Clients by not paying their claim.

The same lady ,told me with her own mouth that ,they wont pay the other driver that was involved in the Incident , this happened when I was at the Scene with her , to show her how the Incident happened , she uncaringly said ,with her own mouth that Old Mutual wont pay that woman .

I even tried to explain to her that this woman could have lost her life , Thandi wouldnt care , of the fact that this other driver ,was avoiding a Major accident from happenning ,after having seen my car swerving on the road , and she ended up on the other side of the road , it was a miracle that no one was injured ,yet she insisted that ,the other drive wont be paid.

To my surprise today , she calls me ,and lying that I never took the cars for Assessment ,and she says that will result in the Claim for my car not being paid , and they will only pay the 3rd party , which yesterday at the Scene , she is the one that said to me , that the Claim for the other driver(3rd party) will not be paid.

Old Mutual obviously trains , their employees to make sure that they scrutinize,manipulate and even lie to Clients , making them believe they did something wrong , when they are involved in Car Accidents.

They also are very slow to finalize the claim , the intention is to find ways to not pay Clients , the Incident happened on the 04 of January 2023,to this day , its not finalized , instead of fixing my car , now they coming up with all kinds of lies , trying to avoid paying

They also making me pay over 3 times the AGREED Excess

The whole thing is done ,so as to never pay Clients

My advise , dont take out Insurance with them , because ,they wont pay you , when you have to Claim.
