Old Mutual iWYZE claim free advert untrue & deceptive
iwyze advert to pay you R1750 if they did not beat your currently insurance is a untrue and full of fabrication.
I call iwyze and they gave me a quote which was way off ,furthermore I have been claim free for over 3 years with the same insure .
so I submitted my policy schedule for my current insurance and my claim free letter. They then call me ( Mr Xaba ) and said they can't pay me because one of my cars has chilli cover . I told them to give this in writing, till today I am still waiting.
very disappointed with this old mutual iwyze i will never use any of their service , I am sure when their clients claim they give them run around . Deceptive adverti*****t.
