Old Mutual (Iwyze) and Nedbank Car insurance is a ****. dont be tempted

I have a car insurance with Nedbank as my broker but insured under Old Mutual/ IWYZE. I have submitted a claim and was approved. First i was told the access is R 5000 and the damages will cost R 21 000. To my shock THE NOT TO BE TRUSTED insurance changed my excess amount to 14 500 within 48 hours . I was told the reason is the incident was captured incorrectly and i lodged a complain with some useless **** Supervisor by the name of Trish and she promised to investigate and come back to me the next day. As i type this with tears and disappointment its day seven of no call nor email from Old Mutual / iwyze car insurance. IF you have a car never waste your time and money and insure your assets with Nedbank as a broker and Old Mutual or Iwyze. They are not to be trusted, they change excess fee that will suit them . Imagine paying them R 1200 EVERY MONTH and when its time to fix my car they increase the excess so that they at least pay 20 percent of the total amount. NEVER EVER take insurance with them. My experience with me says THEY ARE A **** !
