Old Mutual iWyze Abuse and Bad service as an Insurance services provider

In April 2021 while I driving in the dark streets of Jhb I was unfortunate to hit a pavement and subsequently damaging my 2 right rims and some underlying panels. I immediately called Old Mutual iWyze insurance to come rescue me as I had been insured with them for a while. After some time they sent a towing truck and my car was towed away.

From that point onwards the issues started, I continuously had to call their investigator for weeks to give me an update on my claim, and he always told me he wasn't available and that I had to wait for him and sometimes he would be out of town. After a month the investigator eventually came to ask for my call records, all my bank account details including the credit cards, data from the vehicle before the incident as well as signing an affidavit to waiver my rights to my personal data. In spite of all of that my claim was rejected with a reason that I was over speeding, and this was from a footage from a fuel station over the road which is unclear and not even identifying the registration of the vehicle that is said to be mine. The times of the footage are clearly different from the time of my incident and the video had clearly been tampered with as it was re-recorded from the tv screen to a cellphone.

I am currently pursuing this with the courts, it is a clear example of abuse by these big institutions.
