Old Mutual Iwyze

Worse experience I've ever had and so many regrets. Had an eccident on the 28/06/23 till today my claim is still not resolve I keep getting run arounds, at first Phumla Ndlovu was in charge of my claim after weeks Aubrey Mcube took over because Phumla is on leave. Aubrey's agenda was to write off my vehicle but I refused since it was not badly damaged and it can start no leaks nothing. He than told me he's going on leave gave Phumla back my claim she didn't take long till I get a call from Andile who is now in charge. How can one claim take 3 people to process. My car has been moved from panel beater to Auction city without my knowledge I found out cause I went to check on it and I was told insurance took it. I feel like I'm being taken for a ride by Old Mutual Iwyze and they only want to get something out of this. Over a month still going back and forth asking for my credit card statement I had in 2019. They failed even when I asked for telephone conversation that they always say it can be made available at your request but all 3 of them failed. I'm very disappointed with Iwyze insurance and unfortunately this was my first experience with them.
