old mutual is horrible

Very very bad insurance,they told me that my axcess was 5000 only after i claimed they mentioned 3 excesses that are unfair which they amounted to 14000 so they told me they couldn't fix my car because the damages to my car were less,i also asked them to send me my transcript of our conversation, i regret taking an insurance with old mutual
