Old mutual is a ****

I insured my car and household contents with iwyze in Feb19. I did not receive the welcome pack upon insuring with them. In Apr19 i got a mail from them that my car was not inspected but all these times they have already deducted 3 months premiums and said they'll look into it. I then personally went to glasfit to inquire abouit the issue and found out that my docs were not submitted to iwyze which they gladly apologised and ensured me that even if something happened to my car it was gonna be sorted out because they're the one at fault. I recently bumped my vehicle at the back and got a near to invisible kind of scratch, because i want an immaculate scratchless car i contacted them about fixing the car and even just polishing the whole car because its a service i'm paying for.'The guy was of no help and he said i have not been covered for 6 months so i have to pay double access (R4500 x 2) which i bluntly refused and told him to hold the claim a bit i'll revert back to it. I called after +-4 days and spoke to another one who said because i didn't bump another other car i scratched the car on my own i have to pay (single accident cover) which is something new to me (i dont have a policy document to this day since Feb19). Im writing this review even now i have not received those docs or any communication from Old mutual because i concluded with the guy that i need to speak with his supervisor. I have a life cover with them too and i feel like Old mutual does not take their customers seriously so i might have to cancel everything i have with them. the claim number is (***). I need this sorted out before taking drastic actions because i pay loads of money to them and im not getting any of its worth.
