old Mutual Insure poor customer service.

Since my accident on saturday morning i have spent hours and hours on the line, continuosly being kept on hold only to be cut off repeatedly as to not be able to lodge a claim and get a claim number, these guys are not afraid of taking your money but then make it impossible for you to lodge a claim, my policy number is *** and my contact number is *** should anyone be interested in remedying the situation
