Old Mutual Insurance *******

More than a month ago my son enquired about insurance and was told they needed all of his personal banking details before they can send him a quotation. He received a summarized schedule and a stipulation noted about riots not being covered among other exclusions, we advised my son that in that case there is no use to continue with Old Mutual Insurance…. He emailed advising he is not interested and was one hell of a shock when Old Mutual Insurance had the audacity to steel money from his account. Numerous dropped calls and e-mails demanding that his details be removed he got hold of an agent on 30 May after he received another text message that Old Mutual Insurance is again going to debit his account at the end of this month and was told that his policy is active which is odd as a stipulation was that the vehicle has to go for an inspection before the policy is activated. Old Mutual Insurance is greedy for money with poor insurance cover….and will take money without consent given.
