Old mutual insurance a nightmare ****

This insurance is terrible. I made a claim for my car. Which was a minor damage on my left fender and suspension. I went out of my way to make sure all the required documents are submitted. I was asked to submit my one month records of my driving moves as well as my bank statements. I was surprised why my whole month movements not the movements of the day of which I got an accident. Well fine, I submitted all those. Then later am told I have to prove that I sold my previous car, before my previous insurance was cancel, which was a year ago. At that point, I decided to cancel the claim and also cancel the policy. I did that in writing and cancellation form was sent to me and I signed it. Month end, the same insurance is still taking premiums from my account. They must just keep all the other premiums and pay me back the one they took while I already cancel my police, I made peace with the loss, but I will fight this premium which was taken after canceling the policy.

Their call center hang the phone up on me while explaining my story to demand my refund.
