OLD MUTUAL GAP COVER - WHAT A JOKE

Old Mutual Gap Cover, is absolutely a joke to say the least. I have submitted a claim in November 2023 for an in hospital claim, for an anesthesist. In fact I have sent my claim 10 time, with all the supporting documents. Each and every time I only receive an e-mail stating that they have received my documents / claim and that a consultant will get in touch with me within a few business days, months passed and no one phone me.

Due to the fact that Old Mutual is not keeping their promise and not finalising my claim, I am now facing legal action against me.

I am considering changing my GAP Cover due to Old Mutual poor service.

I will not recommend Old Mutual GAP cover to anyone, as they are full of empty promises.
