OLD MUTUAL GAP COVER PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE

Old Mutual.Gap Cover is a big fat ****. I have tried calling their call center several times, you hold for about 16 mins and then your call transfers to some recording asking you to leave a message. Their is an option on their website to request a call back, submit a call back request and no one calls you back. The premium however gets debited religiously every month...not surprising! I just need someone to call me back because I need assistance, does this Gap "cover"even exist??? Pathetic service ongoing for months
