Old Mutual Gap Cover is Useless!!!

I have had Old Mutual Gap cover for more than 2 years now, and recently had reason to claim. Their service is abysmal - they just do not respond. I have telephoned, sent emails (3 of them to their "customer care" address) and even raised an official complaint via the Old Mutual web site. NOTHING!!!! No response to any of my emails - claims were submitted weeks ago and no update as to progress .... I would have expected, as a large company, that they would be organised - Not so!!! Stay away from Old Mutual Gap Cover.
