Old Mutual gap cover - impossible to claim

I am using them for gap cover. You can not get hold of anyone, there is no way of claiming for cover and when you eventually speak to someone, nothing happens. Don’t use this company. It’s a ****

Still no reply so I reversed my debit order. Day 1, and you get legal treats. Guys! Stay away from this company!

I am passing this to my lawyer and we will take legal action against them. 1. The claim shoul hav geven handled more than 2 months ago.. this is reflecting bad on me so damages will be included.
