Old mutual empty promises

It has been almost 3days later since my post on this forum. Empty promises as nothing has been done about my claim. Even worse is my TV has not been returned to me almost a week later. Think it is time to get the ombudsman involved as old mutual is a pathetic company. Now you fellow people can see it is not a company you should ever join.
