OLD Mutual - Disappointment

What a disappointment. I have been paying two year on an Old Mutual life Policy and wanted to cancel this policy now. Have been holding and talking to customer service agents for more than an hour, for them to tell me I am not a client of Old Mutual. But my debit orders went of even month the past two years and Policy documents received clearly states OLD MUTUAL LIFE POLICY.
