Old Mutual - dead and gone?

I have tried calling several times on the customer service number and I'm just kept holding. I have requested a call back and still no call received. All I want is a quote for medical aid gap cover but I don't think anyone actually works at Old Mutual. I tried emailing a complaint to them directly and it immediately was returned to me being undeliverable, so how does one proceed?
