Old Mutual car insurance

What a waste of money with this Micky mouse insurance, just with my first claim you have failed me Old Mutual, I regret the day I joined this insurance, how can you ask for R15550 access and the day am supposed to fetch my car only to find that some of the things are not fix, they tell you it’s not part of the incident without even doing a proper investigations, they even refused to give me the recording of the day I registered the claim, they say I didn’t mentioned that the car was affected on that area. The panel beaters registered the additional they didn’t approve without a valid reason. I will never advise anyone to join this insurance, the consultant at the legal department they are so rude, Keneilwe melato said she’s going to call me regarding the investigation she never did and I was referred to thamarisa, she’s worse she doesn’t know customer service, she is rude.
