Old mutual and Auto Magic ruined my car and they don't want accountability to it

I was bumped at the back on my car. Made a claim with my car insurance which is old mutual iwyze. They approved and referred me to use Auto magic penal beater menlyn branch.

My car was drivable after the accident because I was hit the pumber. All car electronics and mechanism were not affected. I took my car to Auto magic as referred by old mutual. While my car is there after 3 weeks I get a call from auto magic that my car driver door doesn't not lock. I told them to fix it because my car was locking when I dropped it and also it shows on their checklist that the car was locking when they received it. They tried to fix the driver door to lock but then after the back passenger door on the right was locking and unlocking at the same time and the signal that the car is locked was not working. I refused to take my car as I know I didn't have locking problems on my car prior Auto Magic started working on my car. They claimed to have bought new lockers on my car and that my lockers were not working due to wear and tear. After they fixed the passenger door I went to get my car and to find that my car does not lock when I use the key manually it only locks when I use remote locking. I also realized that my spare wheel was not in my boot, I had to ask for it to be put back and they claimed I didn't have a spare wheel but they ended up looking for it and they found it. This is clear indication that I was just given the car without being assessed against the check list they did when the car was dropped off.

Also while my car was there I received an sms from tracker that my battery is taken out of the car. I called auto magic and asked if they removed the battery and they denied and said my battery must be exhausted from wear and tear hence I received the sms. After I got my car I experienced that my car is not locking with manual key and also my battery started giving me battery problems. I went to buy a new battery at battery center but still the car continued giving power problems, it needs to be jump started for it to start.

I have requested many times from insurance that NY car be assessed before I get it from auto magic and that never happened. I also reported to the insurance all instances that happened with auto magic as they happen but Refilwe Tshungu who is responsible for my claim at old mutual kept on just forwarding my complaints to auto magic of which I doubt she was even reading them. I am currently having a car that has power problem and locking problems that occurred after auto magic touched my car. There's something they did on my car and now my car is draining the battery and it can not lock.
