Old molded Mutual
Old Mutual is impossible to contact by email. I submitted claim forms documents on behalf of my mother who is 80. That was three days ago - have not heard a peep out of Old Mutual and don't believe they will contact us at all. I'll be moving the cover to another company come money. Old Mutual doesn't deserve a space in South Africa. Terrible, Terrible customer service. Come Monday, I'll be charging to another company.
