O m Gap cover

I have had gap cover with Old Mutual for 14 months then put in a claim for R2750 for ultrasound on thev15th September. Received auto notification of receipt saying it would be attended in two days. Sent anther letter to claims dept two weeks later asking for a response....nothing!!! Wrote again a week later to their customer services got the same auto receipt notification.....no response!!! ...wrote again a week later, same procedure. On 2nd December having had no response from all departments I wrote to accounts asking to cancel policy.....no response.....3rd December put stop on Bank order. DON'T BUY O M GAP
