Now I've really seen the Worst Insurance Company

I so regret not changing insurers when I got the chance. I thought MiWay was a bad insurance. I was so wrong. Even though they had flaws at least they tried their best. I pointed out an issue with the appointed repairer and time lines on the 12th of July to Amelia Booysen. Today she informs me the money will be paid out and I must find my own repairer. If I didn't sent follow up emails or express my unhappiness on Facebook, I'm sure she wouldn't have even contacted me today. I'm absolutely livid. Because if my car was moved to an approved repairer in Pretoria when I first requested it I would not be in this situation now. Lephalale is a little town where things are not easily accessible. I suggested the car be repaired in PTA because there are more options and parts can be ordered and delivered faster instead Larry was given the go ahead and I wasn't even consulted on it. So now I have to spend even more money out of my pocket because either the company is *********** or the assigned people. Because I have had to follow up. If I didn't I would probably get a response end of August and my car would still not be touched.
