Not worth their claimed ratings.

I would really not recommend iWYZE insurance to anyone at this stage. I have been with them for almost 6 years and don't believe there will be another year.

I submitted a claim through the app on Saterdag morning about my geyser that blew out steam at the middle of the night and water flooding my bathroom floor. Since im not a plumber, I didn't know at this stage that a pipe in my bathroom wall has burst and only realized when water started seeping through the tile grout. I had to call them on Monday morning to follow up regarding the claim on which they then only assigned a plumber. The plumber told me my geyser is fine but he doesn't know anything about the burst pipe. I switched the geyser on just to show him how quickly the water seeps through the tiles. This is Wednesday evening and still no feedback from Iwyse, keeping in mind that I don't have any water in my house to limit the damage.
