Not wise to be with iwyze

Firstly let me say how disgusted I am with the pathetic and horrid service iwyze offers.

On 15.02.2019 my car was in an accident, not my fault, my vehicle was parked. I called in and submitted a claim. To date Noone from iwyze has called me, it is now 27.02.2019. I had called everyday querying about my claim. They give false promises and excuses as to why the claim is taking long. They took 1 week to get the report from the assesor, and is now taking 5 days for them to 'go through' and finalize the report. Yesterday 2 people from iwyze Promised to call me back by EOB. Noone called. They are quick to offer you the world when you take insurance, but slow to act on the claim. I have vehicle hire, yet I'm still stuck with my car and have to drive it daily. They give no feedback and make you wait in the dark. They do not give any assistance with how to retrieve the excess, yet promise to get the excess back if it's not your fault. I am done with this bad insurance, I have been with better insurance companies previously. They promise a hassle free claim process, yet can't live up to that promise. They state that this is a 3rd party claim and will be claiming the damage amounts from the other drivers insurance, yet they still want my excess.... What is my excess for if the other insurer is paying the damages.... They also state that in most cases the other party will not pay the excess, but will ask their legal team to assist in retrieving the excess. They will do anything to get money, but nothing to give value. Last year I also had a terrible experience and had the short end of the stick. Guys iwyze is bad news and I would advise everyone to stay away.....far away from this insurance.
