Not so Wise

On the 1st of April 2016 i received my new policy document by email. In the document a date for payment of my no claim bonus is stipulated as 30/06/2016. On the 1st of July 2016 i received a new email confirming the date af payment as the 4th of August 2016. On 15/08/2016 i send an email to ********** will be in 2 working days. On 18/08/2016 i phoned them,"The no claim bonus can not be paid before 2017/06/30 because of a claim during 2015. Why in the first place did they send out a contract with false information, followed by a email confirming false dates. Be aware of this SA. If Iwise can make that type of misstakes...... what will be next?. If u put in a claim where u made a misstake,it is costing u money because they would not pay out your claim. The excuse will be ,you have made the misstake,or you **** to them. The conclution that i come to is"They are entiteld to made misstakes and give false information to there customers" and nothing can happen to them. I am offended by this type of attetude from Iwise.

We thank you for bringing your matter to our attention and would like to advise that:

The document you received dated 1 April 2016 was your Policy Renewal Letter and on this letter the projected No Claim reward was advised. The No Claim Reward payout is mandatory on these letters, however we do advise of the conditions of the No claim rewards payout. The Condition reads as follows: “you qualify to receive the No Claim Reward provided that you don't claim for any loss or damage suffered in Reward Period 1* and that you don't miss any premium payments during the same period”

This basically means that if you claim within that period or we do not receive a premium, you forfeit the No Claim Reward.

Nthabiseng Skhosana from our Client Services confirmed sending you an e-mail explaining in detail when your No Claim Reward will be valid and paid out and trust that her response was satisfactory.

Best regards,

Rodwell

I do not object the fact that it whas a policy renewal letter. I do infact object to the date iWYZE have gave on this letter and the confirmation letter i received on 1/7/2016 regarding the no claim bonus. If iWYZE in the first place put the right date on the letter of renewal and did not send me a letter of confirmation confirming the date ,i could have exept it. I however can't exept the fact that a company as big as them can afford to make misstakes like this. If they can made small misstakes like that, what will be next?. The big problem is a date whas given and a confirmation of the date on a later stage. If iWYZE can't comp**** to the dates they have given then, they are lying to there policy holders. If they now want to change the date it is *****. All i want from iWIZE is to comp**** to the date on the confirmation letter i received on 1/7/2016.
