Not easily accessible, worst experience ever

Iwyze is not accessible at all. When I needed them the most I couldn't reach them. My calls were being transferred from one caller to another, they don't have a sense of emergency. In the event of the emergency I asked them to call back, guess what I am still waiting for their call even today. They are quick to quote but when it comes to attending claims they will take you from pillar to post. Had thee worst experience.
