Not compatent

I got an sms from my bank now that a payment went off my bank account to IWYZE 15/11/17 SETTLEMENT /C-NAEDO TRACKED DO,IWYZE R632.45 the second time in 12 days that IWYZE TAKING MONEY OF MY BANK ACCOUNT, is this a company you want to deal with, well for sure not me had enough of this company. IWYZE just keep on taking money off your account both cases is an referance number and they refuse to check the statement from the bank. If you call them up, after all the security checks and so call CALLS BEEN RECORDED still nothing has been done to my account, sorry I am wrong they did something tomy account taking money off twice in 12 days
