Non responsive email
I need to cancel 2 debit orders for something I am paying and never recieved the policies. The only email comunicated with me from iwyze it was stated that policies was mailed and that I need to reply via mail to cancel the polocies and thus cancel the monthly debit order. Since march 2018 I recieve no answer from complaints department and I have send about 10 emails. Deductions are still made for policies that I dont have any info on. I am out of country for the past year on work asignment and I dont even own a vehicle in South Africa so what am I paying????. I will be in country in June 2018 and will visit my bank to place an stop order. I advise iWyze to resolve this matter very urgently as I will take it further.

I can confirm that i have not recieved any copies of the policies could you please resend.
Also please confirm what date was the policies cancelled.
