NON EXISTENT SERVICE

I had a car accident. Took the car to the panel beaters and when they sent the quote to iWYZE they were told that they need to use second hand parts to repair the car. Because of this there was a 2 week delay of trying to find second hand parts. It is now over 30days and the car is nowhere to be ready!

The reason the car is not ready is because iWYZE has delayed the whole process by TWO weeks!! And no communication to date of what is going on.

I have asked insurance to extend the car hire as this is their fault and to date I have not had any feedback to my emails or calls.

I was assigned a lady by the name of Nonhlanhla Ndlovu - she has not responded to ANY forms of communications or returned my calls!

Can ANYONE in iWYZE come back with answers??? This is ridiculous!!
