Non-existent customer service

Non-existent customer service - switchboard never answered - automatic options don't work and if you are lucky enough to have your call eventually answered you just hear everyone talking and laughing away. No-one calls me back as promised, they just email - I have been asked three times for the same document that I submitted already in October, obviously no-one can be bothered to open attachments and properly read emails. So glad that I cancelled with them.
