Non-existant customer service! DISGUSTING!
I have been trying to get hold of the third party department at iWyze since last week Wednesday as per their instruction - they do not answer their phones, or emails! I have tried continuously to get hold of them since then (that means i have been calling them for a week and 2 days with no luck!). Funnily enough if you are looking for a quote from them the call get answered within seconds!!!!???!!!!! At my whits end with this level of non-service!
