No service or response what so ever
I have been trying to apply for insurance for the past 2 weeks with iWyze, their website would not let me complete my application. I requested a call back and they never called me back, I am the one who called. After spending ages with a lady who was assisting me complete the application telepathically, we got cut and she still has not called me back to give the quoted premium and complete the process. I called back to the call centre but no service at all. The phone gets answered but no one speaks, all I hear is people speaking in the background and cellphone message tones, I guess they are busy with their cellphones instead of attending to prospective clients.
