No response to emails or calls, no policy contract sent to me

I joined Iwyze since March 2019 and since then, I have not been sent documents to confirm amd outline my policy contract. I have sent them emails several times without response. But they did not fail to deduct my money first day of joinning. I am thinking of leaving them before I get stranded when it is time to claim
