NO RESPONSE OR CALL BACK

Received an email advising that I will be contacted within 48hrs of sending email. Today 05/08 I called and was promised a consultant will call me. Why is it so difficult to receive feedback to a simple email...makes me wonder how a claim will be handled if they can't return a call or reply to an email<br>
