No response 3 weeks later on claim

Logged a claim 14 May- till this day no outcome. The phone tells you your wait time is 68 min, I cant hold on that long. The call back request on the hub doesnt get responded to. Shocking service!! After this claim im seriously considering moving to another insurer!!
