No reply to car insurance claim

I am 32 year from thohoyandou limpopo who has been paying old mutual insure since 2017 to date for one car and added another last year. It is a comprehensive cover that also include courtesy car which I didn't get. I have not missed any installment since 2017 but I feel, sad, undermined, dissatisfied, disappointed the list goes on. These is after I have made claim in April 2022, investigator and assessor have been giving me and my broker a run around. I can't make my business trips anymore as it was the car I used for that and I a loosing business. I will soon write policy number as well
