No refund ref ***

Our car was written off on the 23 of January 2025 they still took the installment on the 30 January 2025 and on the 30 of February 2025 the claim was paid out 28 of February 2025 and we are still waiting on the refund the refund was submitted on the 23 of February in which they told use will pay out in 7days still no answer or proof of payment that the payment was made
