No policy document for over a year with no notification of excess increase

<p>Iwyze which is underwritten by Mutual and Federal increased my excess by R1000 ! without notification. This is beacause I have not received a policy document for over a year now because they have a technical IT problem. I have logged a call about the technical problem and was even promised they would call me back, of course that did not happen.</p> <p>So what do I do I now, Tommorow I am moving my business to Discovery, Well done Mutaul and Federal ;MBA 101: dont lose a constant reliable customer revenue stream. Obviously that does not apply in their case.......</p>
