No peace of mind Insurance company

I got an accident on the 03 of February 2023 my car is damaged on the headlamp and CV joint, and launch a claim on the spot. My claim no.: ***. It took them a month and half for iWYZE to approve my claim. Worse part I was calling them almost daily to follow up they never call to update. Now the car is at the Summit Auto body waiting for iWyze extra spares authorization which I do not understand why is it taking iWyze so long to authorize. To be honest it pains me more to know that for the past 3 month they are deducting premium for the car that is with them and with such poor service. Yesterday I called to find out as to when are they going to approve the authorization request for extra spares and Neo told me she will come back to me before end off day of which she was lying it was just a way of avoiding me and today she cant even take my calls. I just need them to fix my car only, I am really suffering and in pain. Iwyse does not respect its customers at all
