No payment from OLD MUTUAL GAB COVER.

1 * is too much for the bad service or must I rather say no service. I tried to claim a R700 short payment short paid by Discovery for an IN HOSPITAL EMERGENCY OPERATION. After numerous phone calls and e- mails my claim has been rejected while I was talking to somebody on the phone. He said the operation was done in the dr's rooms and not in hospital. I told him the operation was done in hospital but I waisted my time. I tried to send a complain to *** but the email never went through because my e-mail address has been blocked by them. I send several e-mails to claims regarding this without any success. GOOD ADVICE: STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE FROM OLD MUTUAL GAB COVER. You waist your money. They are not going to pay.
