No outcome of claim 30 days later ☹️

Just want to say I am not happy with this insurence, submitted a claim 30 days ago, until today I do not know the outcome of my claim, they have my vehicle stored at some storage in Limpopo, I live in Pretoria. No calls, no updates. The use of curtesy car elapsed while still waiting to hear outcome. I don’t recommend this to anyone it’s the worst insurence
