No one available to help me cancel a policy

I signed up with iwyze recently because of their seemingly low excess of R4500 & lower car insurance premiun. On receiving the contract i noted their non standard additional excess i.e. additional R4500 if: my car collides with anything other than another car. I have an accident between 23:00 & 05:00. I was not happy that they treated an accident involving my car and e.g. a horse etc.differently to one involving my car & another car. I decided to cancel. I sent iwyze an email on 12May2020 stating my cancellation & the reasons thereof. Their automated system acknowledged receipt & promised to contact me within 2 working days after which resent the email & waited another 2 days only to receive a text message notifying me of premium collection. I called iwyze on 18 May 2020 & spoke to Neo Mashinini who told me he would "send me straight to someone who would call me". I was never called. I called again on 19 May 2020 and after 5 minutes of voice prompts & waiting led me to cancellations, the same Neo Mashinini transferred my call to "the relevant department". I waited another 5 minutes listening to their music at the expense of my airtime only for the same person to tell me he could not transfer my call but would send an email to the manager to call me. The manager never called me. I feel they are giving me a run around since I'm cancelling. I'm worried what will happen when i want a refund.
